Renovations and Remodeling

From kitchen and bath renovations, to foyers, family rooms, living rooms, home offices, bedrooms, basements, and any other room you want re-imagined and renovated, we offer full service residential design help. Our goal is to give you a space that will be inviting, functional, original, and timeless.  We identify specific goals of your project, and work closely with you to see that your passions and interests are reflected throughout your space. Partial Remodel and Restyling

If you are looking for a completely brand new space with minor construction needs, all new furnishings, finishes, lighting, artwork and accessories, or are looking to have a combination of existing furnishings you love mixed with new pieces, we can help you transform your space. We will create rooms that reflect your specific taste, are welcoming, comfortable, dramatic and unique.

Complete Interior Decoration

Every room tells a story, whether it be the furniture placement, the color palette, or choice in lighting. When a room does not align with your evolving style, feels impersonal, or outdated, it may not require major structural changes; rather need a few cosmetic adjustments. We have the experience and tools to transform your room into a space that makes you smile.

Our Process

  1. Initial Consult

    During this first meeting, we learn about you, your lifestyle, and the vision you wish to create. This initial phase allows us to discover your style, your project focus, and see what is involved. We do a walk through of your space, discuss a number of possible requirements for the project, problems to address, and offer thoughts regarding solutions. We take into consideration your budget and timeline. This gives you the opportunity to get accurate, realistic information and lays the foundation for the work to be completed.

    After this meeting, we follow up with a formal Proposal outlining the scope of work, and fees associated with the next step of the project.

  2. Design Concept

    For this step, we create a customized design concept of your new space so you have a clear vision of what it will look like at the end of the project. We measure, photograph, and gather all information needed to generate conceptual plans on paper (these are preliminary sketches). During this process, we collaborate with our vendors and contractors, and assess the plans. There are always questions to consider, details to review, and meetings with numerous people as we work through this phase.

    After our research, we meet with you to present our completed Design Concept. This is a fun part of the project as we reveal the preliminary design for your space, complete with recommendations for materials, finishes, lighting, and space planning. We show you sketches, decorative details, and an estimated budget for your approval.

  3. Implementing the Design

    Once the Design Concept is approved, we begin the construction process! We turn our conceptual drawings into working plans with finalized details, and give it to our contractors. All products and building materials are ordered, and trade professionals and deliveries coordinated. We will provide you with a detailed construction schedule that we will review with you. You will know when we will start and our target completion date. We will be there every step of the way to keep your project on track with site visits and updates. We are almost done!

  4. Final Details

    Once the contractor work is complete, we set up furniture delivery, window treatment installation, and begin bringing in the decor, artwork, and floor coverings. We set it all for you! This part can be complicated and overwhelming, so we are there to oversee everything and make it easy!

    Our design team will do a final walk through of your completed space and photograph it. Our goal is to ensure the quality and integrity of your project is maintained and you are happy with the end result.
