  1. STEP 1: OUR INITIAL CONSULT

    Our services begin with listening and understanding your ideas and concerns. We ask lots of questions to develop your wish list. Share your thoughts with us – we are all ears!

  2. STEP 2: DESIGN CONCEPT

    PERFECTING OUR PLAN

    With your wish list in hand, along with a complete understanding of your space, it’s time for our designers to create a customized, comprehensive presentation of floor plans, elevations, finishes, selections and design resources that will help you visualize the overall look and feel of the proposed plan.

  3. STEP 3: PRESENTATION AND DECISIONS

    WE EDUCATE

    This is the fun part! We show you the design concept and talk thru the changes we suggest; explaining how each detail impacts the functionality and aesthetics of the space(s). We also look at the budget.

  4. STEP 4: EXECUTING THE DESIGN

    TIME TO WORK OUR MAGIC

    Once you sign off on the finished design plan we get organized to make sure we have a start date, order all building materials, furniture, and schedule any contractors. This part is our super power! We work out all the details and keep you updated along the way! Communication is key! We understand that any renovation can be stressful so we try our best to keep things moving along, with as little interference as possible. Whether your project is large or small, we will give it the same priority.

  5. STEP 5: FINAL WALK THRU

    LEAVE YOU HAPPY

    We are nearly finished at this point! Any construction work is completed, furniture, window treatment and décor/artwork is getting installed. We want every last detail to meet your satisfaction. This is when we reminisce about the changes we made, chat about how the experience was, and toast to our collaboration together!
