It becomes about creating a moment that is intentionally over the top. A space designed to capture attention instantly, and linger long after you’ve left the room.
In a client’s home, our role is to design for the way they live. Every choice is grounded in function, comfort, and longevity. The space needs to support real life, beautifully and seamlessly.
But a show house invites something entirely different.
It gives us permission to step beyond the expected; to push boundaries, take risks, and design with a sense of drama that everyday living doesn’t always allow. It becomes less about restraint and more about expression.
Designing for Impact: How Show Houses Let Us Break the Rules
In this space, that shift began with a discovery. We found that some of the original elements date back to the 1920s. Rather than designing around them, we chose to let them lead. That single detail became the foundation for the entire concept.
We leaned into the spirit of the Golden Era—an age defined by glamour, craftsmanship, and unapologetic luxury and reimagined it through a modern lens.
Shaping The Experience
From there, the room became a story.
A story told through rich materials, layered textures, and thoughtfully curated details. A story that feels immersive the moment you enter, where every element is intentional, and every corner invites a second look.
